Binance — Issue with lost crypto, missing memo and no resolution or support

Over a year ago, I was notified that due to being in the US Binance was no longer offering support for US customers and my account would be closed within 14 days. I attempted to transfer all of my funds into another platform however every step of the way there were challenges and things preventing me from doing so. I made a mistake and didn’t include a memo once I finally found a way to send and my funds were sent to some random part of the blockchain. They have been in limbo ever since and Binance refuses to help me because I am a US customer. They should locate my crypto funds and send them back to my Binance.us account. (I understand they are “different companies” but I deserve to get my funds back regardless.
