1-after driving to Bluefield on 12-21-19 for a scheduled appointment. For a month. Appointment time was 3pm.I work during the week so Saturday is when I schedule appointment for servicing. When I was in Bluefield after driving from Grundy. Someone in service department named Ron called to tell me he was closing at 2 pm and would not be there Today 12-26-19 coles called and said I missed my appointment!!! Really 2- Breach of contract- after buying extended warranty at time of sale. No one at Coles will honor it 3- when calling to make appointment. If employees do not want to deal with what you ask they hang up on you as many as 3 Times 4- Rude people answering phone any time you call We have purchased 3 automobiles at this dealership. You would think you would get service
