Took money did not ship product. Ordered the bike on 10/8/20. They processed transactions from my bank account trans number. Paid to bikesdirect.com. Have not received the shipping number as they claim will be processed in 48 hrs excluding holidays and weekends. Tried contacting them by phone and email even sent a copy of the transaction receipt has got no response at all.
