This is a fairly new penny auction site that I joined and bought bids. It started out fine and I was receiving the things I won. Then, they stopped sending me what I have won. I am owed 12 prizes from a TV to earbuds. They also owe me over $400 in gift cards and over 250 bids that I won. This goes back to August 5 up until the present. I have emailed almost every day and rarely get a response. When I get one they inform me that things are being ordered and sent out, I should receive something soon. I haven’t heard from them in weeks and there is not an address or phone number listed from them. I know one of the owners is Benjamin and they are in Long Island, NY.
I would like the company to give me what I am owed.
