Pre-ordered figure was shipped a month ago and has sat in the same warehouse since. Contacted customer service to explain that figure has long since been released and is available in my local stores, thus rendering the point of a pre-order obsolete. Requested a refund and they point blank refused while acknowledging that they knew several customers were having issues with their shipping courrier (FedEx). They have, however, managed to supply this figure to sponsored reviewers online long before the release date, indicating a clear chain of priority. If there is a known issue, use a different courrier to provide your paying customers with a satisfactory experience.
