Kristin refused to give me her name ( at first ) repeatedly as well as tell me who her supervisor was when I asked to speak or get the name of her supervisor. She then said she would call me back Monday ( it was Friday ) and hung up on me. Under NO circumstances do I want to speak to this Authoritarian again. Please close my Bell account as requested 4 months ago. I provided the tracking number and returned the Bell equipment as requested. I can do no more. I am busy. Reverse the improper charge you have charged to my account AFTER THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED BY ME.
