Last year Bell had contractors installing fibe cables in my area. My home is a condominium townhouse. Four berried cables run across my back yard to adjoining townhouses. I have made requests to Bell on the depth of these cables but have not receive a reply. I need this information since I plan to install a 3 inch diameter water drainage pipe which will cross over your cables. I was informed by a contractor that they were 5 inch below the surface but later discovered that a cable to the next door unit was actually above ground near the edge of the lawn.
