The sales person pushed me hard to sign the agreement. When we talked about set-up, they said it could be done quickly, even saying they might be able to set-up remotely but if not, someone would reach out and get it set-up within a week. After signing the contract someone else called a week later to say they needed to schedule a visit on site and they didn’t have availability until the end of January. 7 weeks. I then emailed them to tell them this was unacceptable and that I either needed service set-up reasonably soon or we should cancel this. I have received no response.
