Bauer roofing removed siding on house to flash new roof.Siding was returned to house after roofing.Siding was damaged and reinstalled incorrectly. Bauer roofing installed new shingles,repaired roof sheeting,used ice and water material and added new flashing where it met the vertical walls.Vycralar solid core siding was removed to allow access for roofers to install flashing at all edges.The siding was removed by the (“siding guy”not the roofers) on Sept.25 2019.The siding was reinstalled Sept. 28 and was not plumbed,(vertically aligned) and had numerous pieces damaged, cracked,and material removed, in an effort to fit siding back in drain channels, etc. Visable holes in siding (seen from ground level)and poor craftmanship have left the house open to rain water damage and destroyed previous “curb appeal”. Photos of damge have been taken. We were not advised,and it’s not on contract that the siding would be removed.
