Tonight for the fourth time in a year we tried to order sundaes thru doordash. The store accepts the order and when the delivery person gets there they are told they are out of all the items we asked for in the sundaes. That is 6 flavors of ice cream, hot fudge, marshmellow, and bananas. In four orders they have always been out of most everything. How can you run a business like that? The last time I asked for a different flavor ice cream and they were out of 3 toppings I asked for. I finally said what do you have to put on the sundae and she said gummy worms. I am 80 years old, do you think I like gummy worms on a sundae? I love the Baskins stores in Chicago but this one here in FL is just a disaster. Thanks for listening, I won’t be ordering from there ever again. Ruth Lenover. just a response would be nice.
