Bank of America — Refuses to investigate duplicate charges

Quite simply – Bank of America refuses to investigate obviously duplicate charges on my debit card, tells me to contact the vendor, and I always have contacted the vendor and then the vendor tells me to contact Bank of America. It’s completely ridiculous when I go to my bank and try to have them look at the double charge – which is obviously employee theft…same day, same exact amount, of course they’re smart enough to change the date of the transaction, but both charges appear on the same day – one as ‘Seven-11 and one as Shell’…both at the same location for the exact same amount, but I didn’t get gas. I work from home and drive very little. Bank of America is an absolutely horrible company. They have never provided ANY assistance to me ever. Yes, I’ve stayed with them because all banks are just as bad. Why does this continue? Thank you for listening, but I just wish people would stop using Bank of America. That is my plan.
