The Bank of America mortgage fraudulently took money from our checking account . We do not have a mortgage with them since 11/28/2022 as we sold our house. They took a payment out on 11/30/2022 and they had to return that one. Now they take another one out 12/30/2022. We have the Mortgage Release , Satisfaction, Discharge paper work that was notarized and sent to us dated 12/02/2022. Now the payment we have to make to cover the expenses of moving is gone. The seem to have no idea what they are doing taking money out of someones checking account when no money is due is theft.
