I purchased a harness base are their size recommendations. It was to big. I asked the company for an exchange. They said they would for $15. I had already overpaid $57.91. I told them I would rather return the item. It was a harness and leach shock came in one package. The informed me of a $8.99 restocking fee. My account was refunded $39.92. They are charging $8.99 per item. I paid to ship it back $8.95. I don’t think they should be able to change several restocking fees. I have been emailing them and have asked for corporate information. I have not received any information on that. Only a customer service person named Brando had responded.
