Driver called Maurino contacted me 2 times but I was not able to get to the phone on time as I am disabled and missed his call. I called him back straight away and he did not answer the phone. I called back again and he answered and he was very aggressive to me stating he had been waiting for 15 minutes and shouting at me on the phone and telling me that he was about to leave. I reassured him that it took me time to get to the phone and I’m here now and I’ll let him in and I gave me instructions for the intercom but then my phone died. Then before I know it my order is cancelled. I’m utterly shocked, appalled and really disgusted by his behaviour. He came across as threatening, aggressive and should not be employed to do this job. He had no patience and was really really rude towards me. Please can you provide me with your complaints procedure as I would like to take this further. I expect my delivery to be with me as promised by the help desk operative called Lisa between 9 AM to 10 PM on February 20th. I need my delivery straight away and to be provided with the complaints procedure.
