Agent issue wrong tickets and thye not give me next flight. Hi, my name is Hina jabeen I was booking flights from jfk to karachi pakistan. The agent zelin I told him I have family energy have to depart 28 of June my mother in hospital. He show me a ticket but price is so height I saw ticket fare 680 that’s why I’m calling asap tickets he say that ticket is not available I search for you best ticket after 5 to 6 hur he call me he find ticket 780 I was so happy I said ok please this ticket we are on call he ask me passenger’s name this and that when hi FIL out the corm he send me to check spelling I checked I said ok he force me to add insurance policy I said I don’t want any insurance and I booked ticket after one day I say my tickets date is 28 of July I was mad I call him he didn’t answer for to day i call customer service support i talk more then 10 agents every agent scheduled no one anser me just thye emain me ro your tickets one of the agent hannah thye email me supervisor are decided you just have to fare difference no any fee fare difference is 1640 half you pay hand half pay asap tickets i said ok i pay 820 booked my flight he emaul me agaian your reservation booked you aget zelin i call him many time then he attend my call and he say no you have to pay 3,350 for bolth ticket booked from 16 juto to 25 June thye just email me but no one listen now thye say thye don’t have ticket fir 28 or June I have family emergency and I don’t have money aslo to west please do something for me if you want more information I give you my English also not good I don’t know someone understand me or not please help me
