I purchased this ticket before covid I tried to request a refund but ASAP refused to provide any refunds so I was forced to accept vouchers and hoping they can work better with the next ticket so I rebooked the ticket last February and make sure I have protection with my money I paid protection plan but now I have a hard time getting my refunds back. ASAP should be better with their customer service actually they are the only ticketing office that asked for a complimentary tip for agents and yet they suck in providing better service. Refunds should never become this difficult. I contacted their schedule department and they answered you will receive an email but no ITA when the action will be fully initiated. This company is a big-time scammer
