I purchased a ticket from ASAP ticket. Through the agent name Midas.this happens April 15,2022. This is financed by Affirm. My ticket is W1P8L6 ,and ticket 6957751320456.the amount is1,962.32$. My flight is on june 14,2022 and return date july 11,2022.On April 27,2022. The AVAAIR emailed me to let the agent know that my flight they are cancelling it due to Taiwan airport that i have lay over is still closed due to pandemic,right away i reach out to my agent, and forwarded the information. The agent told me that it might the email is wrongly sent because my ticket is ?but i insisted, i even called the airways customer yo have a 3 way communication! But then no action taken. I feel stress, and hardtime where to go i called customer service from Asap but they dont bother to resolve.my problem now is Affirm is collecting money from me and i filed a dispute from them but Asap is tefusing to pay back the affirm. I did not get the service. I filed the complaint but until now not resolve. Please help me. Thank you
