ASAP Tickets — ITN CONFIRMATION SCW76S AGENT CANCELLED IT WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME.

On Sept. 27, 2021, I called the agent of asap Mr. Jonathan inquiring if we could rebook our tickets if the situation at the final destination will not be improved. Mr. Jonathan told me that we could do it and told me it will cost me 1,575 dollars each for the two tickets that we have. I told him that that is too high. I ask him if we can get a voucher to be used at a later date. He said yes. He told me to look into it and he will call me back or email me how much. On Sept 29 I called several times on his direct line but I was not able to talk to him. So I emailed him asking what happened. He did not call back or replied to my email. On Oct.4, 2021, I called Mr. Jonathan again several times but no answer. At this time Mr. Ratan answered the phone and I told him how can I get hold of Mr. JONATHAN. He told me he can help me if I will allow him. So I told him how can I find a favorable flight to exchange my scheduled flight or get a voucher to be used at a later date if the pandemic situation gets better. He got my information and called back after a few minutes and he told me it’s quite expensive for the dates I would like to travel. I told him that we can not afford the difference. This time he said he will call the airline to ask how much will a voucher be given to us. He told me he will call me back the following day. I called Mr. Ratan the following day Oct. 5, 2021. And ask him what happened. He told me that he could exchange the flight at a later date but it will cost each ticket 1,250 dollars additional for the flight. I said that’s too much. I said I would like to stick to the original flight scheduled for its already paid for. At this time he said he can not do that because it is already canceled. I immediately told him that I did not give him permission to cancel it. At this time he offered another date to travel but with a lower additional cost of 1,600 dollars for the two tickets plus now with longer layovers 20 hours 30 minutes for one and another 1 hour 30 minutes for the next. That i. An not accept. And I said give me back my original flight. At this time he offered a voucher but again he could not tell me how much. And promise to call me tomorrow. They should give me back my original flight reservation or refund me in full. They should also compensate me for my aggravation and loss of sleep and anxiety for the fiasco they caused.
