Demanding money to get my domain transferred and locked my billing account. With lots of hope i had opted their shared hosting services on 1st of June 2015. Initially till the money back term of 60 days they were good. Later the resource allocations of CPU gone down. If i ask them about this, they force me to go for VPS or dedicated hosting. Even for simple php process like login and logout it used to consume full cpu 100% (please not my website was optimized joomla) And i used to get intermittent server response time from 1.1secs to 10 seconds due to which my page load time was jumping from 2.5 seconds to 40 seconds for which they gave me the reason of server issue and even after the serer issues were fixed my issue was ongoing hence thought to step out from them. Later happened were all too bad. They closed my services even without informing to me, where as the other hosting providers during account termination used to ask for the backup or assist me to take backup, these guys didn’t even bother to ask and directly closed the account even with out informing me. And landing me with no backup of my data. When in turn asked for the same, they are demanding $25 for restoration charges and even demanding money for domain transfer. I agreed for paying them $25 and they agreed to transfer my domain to other registrar. Later today when i assisted domain transfer with other registrar found that they have locked my domain (irrespective of giving me security code on request and agreement). They are not giving the service what they are advertising and more over just money minded and its a trap.
