We bought this chair in 2020 Sept however it broke in 2021 we raised a claim with Castelan insurance that we took out, they sent an engineer, he said it was the motor and very cheap to mend, however, they refused as they do not mend faulty items, this was not covered, but this chair is under warranty i complained to Argos, they, in turn, have refused to mend this chair as they say my problem should be taken up with Castelan ……. someone needs to help me my husband is DISABLED and needs this chair CUSTOMER SVS is useless this has taken nearly 4 months to be told NO. I would like the chair to be mended my disabled husband is struggling every day the chair is under warranty and no longer works
