I walked in the store around 12:30pm to pay $20 for pump 9. I walked out and started pumping gas when randomly the pump stopped at $13 and didn’t want to continue pumping. So I go back inside and let the cashier know that pump 9 stopped on its own and to please continue the pump.(May be it was an error) the lady with red hair then start yelling at me saying that I let go of the nozzle when it was still connected to my car. I then proceeded to explain to her that I haven’t touched the nozzle, I put in my car and started pumping then randomly stopped. I even told her to check the cameras and she still proceeded to yell at me instead of giving back my change for the transaction. Customers in line then told me it’s not the first nor last time she has acted out of character during work hrs. Which is very unprofessional! In which yes I did called her a ***** because she was acting like one. Never did I disrespected her until she disrespected me first.
