I pulled into the arco gas station and asked the young woman to fill up the tank. She told me I had to go inside and pay first. I went into the station and handed the guy a $20.00 bill he said how much gas do you want I said fill it up. He said how much gas do you want I said here is another $20.00 bill he said he is now refusing me service so I left.
