We used Appliance HD to fix the water dispenser in our refrigerator. They claimed the hoses were bad and theoretically replaced them. The repair lasted 24 hours. Took several days for technician to come back. Was here for less than 5 minutes. Said he had to come back for more parts. Never came back. Called the company three times and a manager was supposed to call me back each time on the same day. Never did. Also Alert: This same company uses the name Appliance Repair Service. It’s the same shady company.
