booked a ride online to greyhound bus station with antons transportation and received confirmation number , when time to pick me up came and went i called and got the excuse that 6 drivers had called in sick and they wouldn’t have a ride available until 2:30 which was 15 minutes past my bus departure time. because of their negligence in not updating the booking service in any way and sending out false booking confirmation numbers plus in breach of contract for that booking by refusing to honor it i had to spend $165.19 because of their negligence.
