Anja Kuhn — Bad service – HOMEMARK

Purchased 5 tablets Feb 2015 – handed one in for repairs Jan 2016, had NO response from Canal Walk shop or company as to where this tablet is currently! Apparently only delivery to CT once a month! Was told Maybe tablet still in Warehouse, not sure when delivery can be! Wow, this CANNOT be! They don’t seem to respond to FB complains or personal emails to Enrico Delport!! If they cannot handle complaints, why offer customer care services and why not tell new customers that they DO NOT have any after sale service! Totally disgusted
