Andres Gutierrez aka “Andy”, age approx 53, white male, city of hialeah officer, got cheating on his wife on friday december 13, 2019 at approxiamtely 4:35pm at the parking lot at the hialeah metrorail and okeechobee road. He was caught red hand, in the back seat of a girl’s car. The week prior friday he took the girl to the executive motel which is next door to the metrorail. I took a picture of this tag and truck. I should have recorded the incident.
