This company lives and breaths for the opportunity to put you on hold and do nothing. I submitted a repair request at the end of July for my refrigerator and microwave. Foolishly the company sent out a contractor that only repairs refrigerators, not microwaves. I was told by the contractor to call AHS back and request another contractor be sent for the microwave, so I did. Of course, they profusely apologized b/c part of the script for non-native English speakers. They couldn’t find a contractor immediately, said to allow 72 hours. That was over 2 weeks & multiple phone calls back to them ago. Today spoke to *** who is as clueless as to the last agent. They will not allow you to speak to higher-ups, deflect blame, make promises of escalation, and call you back. They NEVER DO. I’ve paid for service requests that haven’t been fulfilled. The microwave still has issues& the refrigerator part is nowhere to be found. Of course, that’s the contractor’s fault and they can’t get ahold of them…
