American Express — Unauthorized Charge

My complaint is about an unauthorized charge to my American Express Credit Card account. This charge was not authorized by me, I had canceled the recurring service and tried to contact the company that made the charges. I had also informed American Express not to allow any recurring charges on my account and they continue to let the charge apply to my account. My credit card had been canceled due to a fraud issue and a new card had been issued. I have disputed this charge 4 times since it applied on 11/22/2020 and American Express refuses to issue the credit to my account. I had called the company that applied the charges 3 times and they would not return my call. I emailed them for my record to cancel my account after the charges were applied.
