I requested a refund for a treadmill that did not meet the description on the Amazon website and the seller refuse to refund. Amazon filed an A to Z claim after that Amazon instructed me to return the treadmill and send them the shipping receipt to get reimbursed after the seller refused to cover shipping. I emailed Amazon the shipping receipt with tracking s (several times since every time I called they asked for it) and the A to Z claim was denied due to not having tracking apparently. Amazon instructed me to email the shipping receipt to the seller. I did. The seller says they are unable to track the item. They said the tracking is invalid. I called the UPS store and they were able to the item was shipped and signed for the next day. I talked to a supervisor in customer service today (Jamie Lee) he said he can’t refund me that he needs to put in another A to Z claim. I told him that has been done so many times by other Amazon representatives and here I am still 7 months after I requested the refund without getting my refund. He asked me for the tracking number again and said he cannot track the item with tracking number. I told him UPS told me that the system does not show it because it’s been more than 6 months but if he called the UPS store or cooperate with the tracking number they will be able to it was delivered and signed for on the next day. He said his only option is to file another A to Z claim and I refused to stay in this same cycle for more than this 7 months. I am ready to cancel my Amazon account as I have spend so much time, energy, and my work breaks trying to chase my money. I should not have yo work this hard to get my money back. It’s ridiculous. Refund my money today. Do your job throughly and make the phone calls necessary to help your client get back what is rightfully theirs. You have an A to Z guarantee that is not being guaranteed due to poor follow through and effort in your staff to do the trouble shooting and work to help your customers.
