I received an email saying my package was delivered. I didn’t receive the order. When I looked online at the order info it reads “package delivered, handed to a resident”. I was not home because I was at work and I live by myself so there was no possibility of anyone at my apartment receiving the order. When I called customer service I spoke to Evelyn and manager Fundo. They refused to replace the order that I paid for. I have been ordering from Amazon daily and have been a very loyal customer but I have been treated horribly. I paid for an order but never received the package…I received very poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!! Replace the order that I never received.
