These packages were left outside the front door of a sheltered housing complex and available for anyone to steal. I was lucky that a neighbour picked them up and rang my doorbell and gave them to me. The delivery driver did not even ring the flat number, just put them outside for anyone to stael. I realise that your delivery drivers want to get round as quickly as possible, but that is no reason to just drop the packages and leave. I expect a decent service from Amazon and this time the standard fell very short, it was abyssmal. Please ask your delivery drivers to at least ring the bell before leaving packages in the open for anyone to take. By actually ringing the doorbell instead of leaving it outside the sheltered housing complex and rushing off. Leaving it there for anyone to take.
