Kindly be informed I have been trying to contact Aliexpress through website and mail with no update yet. The issue that at the beginning I did not receive the package and on website it is showing completed. So Ali express opened dispute and advised that it has been sent to post office instead of my home address although it should not be. And they closed dispute as I will go to post office and take it. However when I go to the post office and take it .. I have done an order for 2 swimming suits Yingfa long sleeves for women However I received 2 swimming suit for kids and swimming cap. I get in contact with one of Ali express agents and he ed that my package has been sent to Mexico by mistake instead of UAE and he advised that they will refund total money 560 AED However the issue that dispute can be opened once on website and agent on chat told me he will try other ways to refund my money. However since 10 days ago no reply yet and no refund as well I tried to contact Ali express through all channels and all customer representatives are ignoring my messages as if they are running away.
