AliExpress — Won’t refund me

On 08.09.2021 i bought a cleaning robot (ID: 8138048498243354) to Aliexpress seller ‘Selecciones Supremas Store’. The robot had a defect, so i raised a dispute. All i wanted was for the robot to be fixed, or the seller to send me a new one. The robot costed my 456€. The seller told me the procedure, so i send them the robot for warranty to an address in Germany, on 23.11.2021. The seller refunded me 100% on the shipping costs. The seller received the robot on 29.11.2021. Today, two months later, still no robot. About a month ago, i gave up hope on getting the robot back, so i started appealing to Aliexpress for a full refund. I made 5 appeals, always providing all the necessary evidences (last appeal ID 1143800026923312), that the robot was indeed send back to the seller, that the seller received the robot, and that the seller 100% refunded me on the shipping costs. Still aliexpress keeps refusing my appeal with a justification that makes no sense About your order: 8138048498243354 We are sorry to inform that your appeal request was rejected. Since you agree to return the products for refund, there is no shipping document and valid tracking number are supplied within the given time, we would assume that you want to keep the goods and the payment was released to seller.Your understanding is highly appreciated. Clearly aliexpress is acting on bad faith with me, and have no intention of refund me. I have all the needed evidences. Please just ask for more and i send it.
