AliExpress — Non receipt of goods

I was informed that my order had been delivered on the 5th December – however the delivery address is a shop (as we live in the middle of nowhere) which is closed on Sundays – despite showing them evidence of the shop being closed – they are refusing to accept my complaint as they say I didn’t provide sufficient evidence – AliEXpress do not look after their customers – should this order have been placed with Amazon the whole process would have been totally different – ALIEXPRESS ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH – I cannot get hold of anyone.
