my issue is back to 02082020 when i summited order in aliexpress to purchase some staff of 775 $ but unfortunately the shipment was late and regarding that i applied for refund as attached i contacted them many times they always make new excuse to stall for example, they requested to bring official document from mail service provider which state the shipment was returned to origin even if the system state clearly the shipment was returned to origin as attached in photo i have suffered for one year without any solution as i attached last email that state they release the deposit to the seller even if there is alive request to refund in system as below
