We ordered a carport in July and they charged our **** $1,500. They scheduled a delivery date 9/28/2020 but then THEY canceled. Now they are saying they can’t give us a new date for delivery and might not be until February 2021. I learned after ordering the carport this must be an issue with most orders because in their reviews there are multiple complaints. This is really poor business and customer service. If I cancel, I lose a portion of the down payment and feel helpless. Other consumers need to know that their commitment to deliver is very poor and the lead time of receiving an order is 6 months to a year. I’m not asking to help my situation but to inform others that they over promise on delivering and don’t expect a delivery date they commit to.
