I signed a contract on January 18, 2021 to have a building delivered and installed. Alan’s Factory Outlet is using to deliver and install the building. When I signed the contract, it said roughly 80% of buildings are delivered within 90 days and only 1% are delivered over 120 days. It has now been over 200 days and they still don’t have an estimated delivery date. It took several phone calls and emails to get an answer from AFO, and that is when they told me to contact. When I tried to contact **, it was a worse experience. I was on hold for hours and my call would be dropped or transferred to voicemails that were full. I had to go back to AFO to let them know I couldn’t get an answer, and that is when they told me they can’t get ahold of them either. AFO finally emailed CC and that is when CC finally responded and said they still don’t have an estimated delivery date. I let them know that is unacceptable and I need my building this month.
