I ordered a carport to be installed. On November 15 2021. Paid a deposit of 468.86. I live in Oklahoma. They sent it to in Dobson NC. Now they cant give me a date of install. Refund was to be forfeited after 3 days but now it has been 2 months. I think that is ample time to schedule an install. Contract also states price may increase after 90 days or more for orders on hold. On whos hold? Theirs or mine? I would prefer to have my refund. I am thinking after reading other reviews this is a scam and am requesting a full refund. This is a poor way to run a business and treat others.
