We agreed to have a garage built on 7/23/20 and after 90 days they haven’t built the garage and will not refund the deposit. They claim we refused a service dat of 10/02 but they never gave us a date and we asked that it be before 10/02 because we wanted it installed. They said we had to wait 90 days for a refund now they say we have to wait 120 days from 10/02. They will never refund our money
