My husband and I placed an order for a 24 x 36 Garage on September 24, 2020. We paid a deposit of $1,632.00 and were told that our shed would be delivered in January. We are located in Illinois so we assumed that the delivery date would be pushed back due to the winter weather. It is now May 4, 2021 … 222 days after we placed our order. We have sent numerous emails and made many phone calls to only be told that it will be “delivered soon” or to be sent to a voicemail box that obviously is never followed up on. We have been told weekly since March that we will be receiving a call to set up a delivery date and time and that call never comes. Hopefully filing this complaint will spark some sort of communication and lead to quick resolution. They don’t answer the phones or reply to my emails so i was scammed. Stay away from them or get scammed like i did
