Purchased a carport thru ALan’s factory outlet 11/17/2018 , paid Alan’s carport $640 deposit , paid the vendor/manufcturer,the remainig balance of $3,812 dollars with a bank cashiers check in 2019 ! Followed all their requests and protocols and kept getting opposing notifications regarding the delivery of our building ! I have made every effort to satisfy the requests placed upon me for various requests regarding delivery of said building ! All contacts seemed to fall upon deaf ears and when I did reach someone was advised that I needed to contact the other less than a month go contacted Alans factory regarding delivery of the building and was told to send verifiable photo graphs of a prepared building site for their perusal and approval to which I had done more than a year prior and thrice now ! Was then contacted by Alan’s Factory outlet that my building site photo’s had not been received / and or I sent them to the wrong # ! Salesperson then contacted me again , stating I would have to pay current prices , since I had bought and paid for the building in 2018 / 2019 and hadn’t received it I would now have to pay 2021 prices , since their costs had gone up and the building would now sale for a higher price . Have e-mail threads and documents to verify ! I then received a contact from that they were cancelling my order if I didn’t pay the higher costs ! I have been trying to get carports to deliver the building since I paid for it and 2019 , Have not been able to contact anyone at carports since 2019 , and no one can tell me anything ! Please deliver the building or refund my payment of $3,812 .00 from ! Will attach and send e-mails to the email address of your choice , upon receipt of your Requests
