I was working in Saudi Arabia when the recruiting agency. M/s. ADITYA Resource Consulting Pvt Ltd(Also known by its associate company M/s. Trilink HR Pvt Ltd)
Masjid Road , Aluva -683101, Kerala , India (Point of Contact : Mr.Sailya Ghosh) contacted me regularly offering me a better position and salary in a UAE based firm Trilink Electromechanical woks LLC, is an indian(predominantly malayalee) managed company in Dubai, UAE( Seems to be related to the recruiting firm by their similar names) .
After reaching there in UAE the company backed out from its commitment like free furnished accomodation as per offer letter but stayed me on sharing basis and their method of working was pathetic.The company also has no ethics and employee harassment was regular.
When all my efforts to see them reason failed and when the company threatened with dire consequences if I approach MOL, UAE for my grievances(like delaying the procedure of hearing in MOL, asking permanant ban etc), I tendered my resignation . The company paid no salary to me for the period of working with them. I requested my employment visa cancelled and I escaped in 45 days from the clutches of this company.
I came to know that the recruiting firm is fully aware of this aspects and is doing this to exhort money for recruitmtnent, probably in collusion with the UAE company. Hefty service charge is collected from jobseekers for recruitment in this company.
Many labours have approached Ministry of Labor in UAE for harassment, denying leave, irreegular salary etc. About 14 persons( of the total labour strength of 75) have so far approached Ministry of Labour in UAE for redressal of their grievances. I Request all job seekers shall know about this ageny and the company and be secure from its unethical employment offers.
