My account has been shadow banned while they investigate a complaint for cheating. I have no recourse. I don’t cheat. This is the second time it has happened. It takes them over a week to investigate. Meanwhile I cannot play a game I paid money for. They should have stop banning me with no recourse to prove Im not cheating. I want a phone number to speak to someone. I want a credit to my account for all the days I sit in limbo waiting for them to find out I don’t cheat. I want free cod points for every day I sit here waiting for them to see I don’t cheat.
