We discovered only after investing weeks and thousands of dollars of development funds that the product is limited to 70Gb. Their support has clarified: ” As per our Terms of Service, section e-vii “For Shared Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting, the terms “unlimited” and “unmetered” are defined by our experience with similarly situated customers. This means that your use of our resources may not exceed that of similarly situated customers”. That limit is now sitting at 70 GB.” This makes it unsuitable for our use and they are unwilling to rectify the situation. We find that advertising unlimited storage that is limited to 70GB is false advertising and has caused us financial harm.
