I cancelled my camera maintenance contract on Feb. 22, 2018, which was over 30 days before the annual contract was due. The company refused to provide cameras which were appropriate for my premises or to replace the faulty cameras with the same cameras they originally supplied. I talked with company reps several times (placed on hold for a sum total of hours) and supplied emails showing my numerous attempts to cancel the contract. I again called today when I discovered my account had been turned over to a collection agency and the rep told me they had serviced my location which resulted in an additional charge. They did not! I have email proof that I have tried many times since Feb. 22 to cancel my account with them.
