Flight Centre — No refund

I have contacted several times. I have sent emails rung just told it could take 12 weeks no response to emails. Good afternoon Mikayla, Again I find myself having to re email as the previous emails are not answered. Some feedback would not only be polite, however also good business. By refunding and actually acknowledging. Quick to take booking no customer service no where to get an email on their site to complain.
