It was just a week since I joined uber as uber eats delivery driver, I did close to 50 deliveries. On Monday night a customer fraudulently reported that he didn’t received order even if I had marked it as completed, I was shocked to see the notification and informed uber support that is was fraudulently reported by the customer, they can check the door photo and my location as evidence. But uber just blindly relied on customer complaint and deactivated my account next day. This is just modern day slavery, this needs to be stopped, uber refused to restore my account. They should restore back my account, also fix their navigation. They should also check customer history before talky unilateral decision.
