Me and my boyfriend was shopping at TJ MAXX on 5-15-23 we entered the store with bags already from a different location the employee falsely called the security guard and told them we had empty bags when the store camera’s clearly shows when we entered the store are bags was full so just because we are black we have to be stealing from the store. I paid for my things I have my receipt now I need money for emotional distress it’s unfair to be treated different because of your race and to be racially profiled as a thief when you walk in the store with money and also credit cards to pay for your belonging everyone is not a thief because they are black. Settle out of court or pay us what we are owed
