I went to goodwill at Chesterfield valley and was appalled as I watched Dave the store manager treat his employees terribly very unprofessional yelling and screaming one girl was almost in tears and he did this in front of customers cursing at them on the floor in front of everyone some ppl shouldn’t have authority titles as he seems to take it to the head I used to love shopping there and after I witnessed that kind of unprofessional treatment I refuse to spend another dime at that store idk if you go through training to get that position but he definitely doesn’t need to be over anyone Dave definitely has a power trip and left my shopping cart and will not be back to that store as long as he is one running it do better goodwill as ppl u have manager your employees and when I asked him his name he had smart *** smerk on his face and didn’t want to tell me another employee let me know as I walked out and let him know I will be contacting corporate if you hate your job that much you might want to find a new one I just thought you like to know what is going on up there it’s definitely unprofessional. Get better management that appreciates his staff
