Ticketmaster — Refusing to acknowledge accessibility documentation they already accepted and verified

Hi I bought an accessibility ticket for my husband and applied for the companion ticket. To apply you need to submit documentation as proof of the accessibility issues which I did. They later cancelled my companion ticket stating proof had not been sent in time even though it had been and they’re not giving us any option to provide proof. When they re-approve my companion ticket and admit my documents were uploaded 3 times
